1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HTML to Figma website (www.htmltofigma.io) and the HTML to Figma plugin for Figma (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
HTML to Figma is a Figma plugin that converts HTML and CSS code into native, editable Figma layers. The plugin processes your HTML/CSS input locally within your browser and generates corresponding Figma design elements including frames, text layers, shapes, and images.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the output will be a pixel-perfect replica of the source HTML in all cases. Conversion quality may vary depending on the complexity of the input HTML/CSS.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
3.1 Pricing
The Service offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: $12 USD per month
- Yearly: $96 USD per year ($8/month equivalent)
Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. We do not directly store or process your payment card information.
3.3 Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@html2design.com. Refunds for renewal payments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service to convert content that you do not have the right to access or reproduce
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the plugin
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the plugin or any output generated by it
- Use automated systems to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Share your subscription credentials with others or circumvent licensing restrictions
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our IP
The Service, including the plugin code, website design, branding, and documentation, is owned by HTML to Figma and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin for its intended purpose.
5.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership of any HTML/CSS code you input into the plugin and any Figma designs generated from it. We do not claim any rights over your input or output content. The plugin processes your content locally — we do not store, access, or transmit your content to our servers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- The output will be a perfect representation of the source HTML/CSS
- All fonts, images, or CSS features will be fully supported
- The Service will be compatible with all versions of Figma
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HTML TO FIGMA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HTML to Figma from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 5 through 8 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HTML to Figma operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
